Rush Process
Thank you for your interest in the rush process at Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. Each semester, our Sorority attracts ambitious students with the drive and desire to positively impact the community. We foster relationship-building and provide a unique support system that will open doors for members throughout their futures. There are three days of Formal Recruitment, including Sisterhood Day, Philanthropy Day, Preference Day/ Bid Day.

Sisterhood Day

Philanthropy Day

Preference/Bid Day
Spring 2021Â Date: TBD
Sisterhood Day is the first day of recruitment. During this day, a PNM (Potential New Member) will be introduced to all six sororities. This day is a small preview of what Greek life is all about. PNMs will be able to talk with each sorority for 40 minutes this day and narrow down their list to potentially four sororities.
Spring 2021Â Date: TBD
Philanthropy Day is the second day of recruitment. During this day, chapters will go over their service and philanthropy they support, even sometimes showing videos of what their chapter have accomplished. PNMs will be able to talk to a maximum of four sororities on this day, or to however many they are invited back, for 50 minutes. At the end of the day, PNMs again must narrow down their lists, potentially to the two sororities.
Spring 2021Â Date: TBD
Preference Day is the third and last day of recruitment. PNMs will see parts of the sorority ritual and talk more in-depth with members that PNMs may have previously talked to. This will be the final day of Events and PNMs will make their decision tonight.

Bid Day is the last day of Formal Recruitment when women pick up their bids and find out which sorority has offered them an invitation for membership. This is an extremely exciting time as it is the first time that the sorority's New Member class will come together!
